Welcome to 24 Hour Pickle! These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of users who access, use, or interact with our 24/7 indoor pickleball facility, website, services, and social media accounts. By entering our facility, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Facility Use and Access
- Facility Hours: The facility operates 24/7. While access is round-the-clock, schedules may occasionally be subject to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Reservations: All court reservations, classes, and events must be made in advance through the booking system or designated personnel.
- Membership: A valid membership or pass is required to access the facility. Members are responsible for maintaining their membership information and ensuring payments are up to date.
- Facility Conduct: All users must adhere to respectful behavior at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of access privileges.
- Facial Recognition and Security Camera Use: For enhanced security and to ensure that only authorized reservation holders are granted access to our premises, we utilize facial recognition technology through our security cameras. By entering our facility, you consent to the use of this technology for identity verification purposes. The facial recognition data collected will be used exclusively for confirming reservation details and will not be stored or shared beyond this purpose. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and comply with all applicable privacy laws in the handling and processing of this data.
- Payment Responsibility: We reserve the right to charge for any open play, reservations, snacks, or drinks that you or your guests consume or participate in without proper payment. "Guest" refers to any individual who is either accompanied by you or whom you grant facility access to. All guests have to book their own reservations and can access the facility through the app.
2. Liability Disclaimer
- Assumption of Risk: By using 24 Hour Pickle, you acknowledge that participating in pickleball and other activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or property damage.
- Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 Hour Pickle, its staff, and management will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by users while on the premises or utilizing our services.
- Medical Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of each user to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in physical activities at our facility.
- If you bring a guest who has not registered or signed our waiver, you will assume full responsibility for their actions, including any negligence or misconduct, while on our premises.
3. User Responsibilities
- Personal Belongings: Users are responsible for securing their personal belongings. 24 Hour Pickle is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Safety Equipment: Users must follow all safety guidelines and use facility equipment as instructed. Do not tamper with or remove any safety devices or equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: If you notice any damage, unsafe conditions, or malfunctioning equipment, please report it immediately to facility staff.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Membership Fees and Payments: All payments for membership, reservations, and services are non-refundable, except as stated in specific promotions or facility policies.
- Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled less than [24] hours in advance, fees may still apply unless otherwise stated by management.
- Promotions and Discounts: Any discounts or promotions will be subject to terms outlined at the time of offer.
5. Group Membership Plan
- Membership Type: Dink Membership (6-Month Group Plan)
- Membership Fee: $499 per person + tax (Non-Refundable)
- Minimum Group Size: 10 Members
- Duration: 6 Months
- Group Requirement: A minimum of 10 individuals is required to qualify for the group membership rate. All members must be identified and provided at the time of registration.
- Non-Refundable Payment: The total membership fee of $499 per person + tax is due in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Finalized Membership List: Once the membership has been processed, no additional members can be added to the group. Any new individuals must register separately at the standard membership rate.
- Membership Benefits: This membership grants access to all benefits associated with the Dink Membership for the full 6-month term. Specific benefits may vary based on facility policies.
- Commitment Requirement: As this is a group membership, all members must either renew together at the end of the 6-month period or terminate together. Individual renewals or withdrawals are not permitted.
6. Privacy Policy Integration
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle personal data collected through our website, facility interactions, and social media engagement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.24hourpickle.com.
7. Social Media Use
- Users may engage with 24 Hour Pickle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) to share photos, videos, and comments.
- Any user-generated content shared with 24 Hour Pickle’s branded hashtags may be repurposed in our marketing materials, with appropriate attribution.
- Inappropriate or offensive interactions will be subject to removal, and continued violation of guidelines may result in a ban from our social channels.
8. Photography and Video Policy
The following section outlines 24 Hour Pickle’s Photography and Video Policy under the Terms and Conditions of our services. By attending or participating in any activities at our facilities, participants, guests, and visitors (collectively referred to as "Participants") agree to the terms set forth below regarding the capture, use, and distribution of photographs, videos, or other media that may include their likeness, voice, or image.
- Photo Release and Consent: By attending or participating in any activities at 24 Hour Pickle, Participants grant 24 Hour Pickle, its affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, or other media containing their likeness, voice, or image ("Media"). This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and advertisements, for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.
- Scope of Use: The Media captured may be used in perpetuity without limitation regarding geography, frequency, or medium. 24 Hour Pickle may alter, edit, or combine the Media with other materials for promotional, educational, or operational purposes without the need for further approval from the Participant. The use of the Media may include, but is not limited to, publication on 24 Hour Pickle’s website, social media channels, and advertising.
- Automatic Opt-In: Participation in any activity at 24 Hour Pickle constitutes an automatic opt-in to this Photography and Video Policy and associated Photo Release Waiver. By engaging with our services, Participants consent to the use of their likeness in the aforementioned contexts.
- Opt-Out Option: Participants who do not wish to have their likeness included in any Media may opt-out by submitting a written request to:

- Upon receipt of the opt-out request, 24 Hour Pickle will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or using the Participant's likeness in future materials. However, Participants acknowledge that prior Media use may still be in circulation.
- No Compensation: Participants agree that they will not receive any monetary or other compensation for the use of their likeness, voice, or image in any Media.
- Release of Liability: By agreeing to this Photography and Video Policy, Participants release and discharge 24 Hour Pickle and its affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the Media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right to publicity.
9. Intellectual Property
- All logos, text, images, and content on our website, social media, and within the facility remain the intellectual property of 24 Hour Pickle and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without explicit permission.
10. Termination of Access
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend facility access, membership, or online interactions at our discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.
11. Modifications to Terms
- 24 Hour Pickle may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated via our website, social media channels, and/or email. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of 24 Hour Pickle’s local courts.
